During our Christmas stay, we loved the clean and well-maintained hotel and grounds. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, especially the bar staff who made sure our drinks were always topped up. We also enjoyed the variety of drinks available, including Baileys, Bacardi, and delicious cocktails. the hotel's location was perfect with shops, bars, and eateries conveniently located nearby.
One aspect that could be improved is the lack of seating in the sun at the beach bar, uncomfortable to eat there during colder weather. we would have liked to see more seating areas in the sun near the lobby and pool bars, with some music to create a more lively atmosphere.

The property is well equipped and the beach has ample seating. Facilities are well maintained and the holiday was amazing. The room size and interior design were pleasing. Staff were friendly and helpful. a great experience.

I recently spent a luxurious week at a 5-star hotel in Side and I must say that I was blown away by the exclusive amenities. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Turkish bath were the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring the stunning garden area and beachfront.
the bar/lounge area was quite busy, making it difficult to get served at times.
